We welcome you to Horizon Christian Pre-School and Childcare. We strive to be a childcare center that honors God and whose purpose is to teach and demonstrate God’s love to your child. In a nurturing environment, your child will see who God is and feel God’s love for him/her and learn what God requires of him/her. Developing compassion for each other and treating each other with respect, as relationships are developed is the foundation for everything else that happens at Horizon Central Christian Preschool and Childcare.
In order to develop this compassion and respect, we turn to God’s Word for instruction. In a child-centered, age-appropriate environment, your child will participate in a variety of activities that will encourage development in social, emotional, language and motor skills. Our staff carefully plans activities to guide your child to specific learning goals, which lay the foundation for further education. Within the pre-set structure and schedule of routines, your child may choose learning activities and move throughout the day at his/her own pace. Play is a child’s work and your child will be growing, developing and having fun as he/she works.
